"I got my first tattoo when I was 14. Hid it from my parents until I was 18 and had it covered up when I was 21. Now I'm removing it.

The first time I wandered in to a tattoo shop, l felt way out of place! I dreaded getting tattooed yet was drawn in at the same time...until I received my first good tattoo! Now I'm hooked.

I spent years teaching all ages painting classes. I did several private and commercial murals right out of high school (I love playing with colors).

After dating and dumping a tattoo artist late 2004... fate and a bad debt bought me 3 tattoo machines, a bunch of tattoo equipment and four kids (OUCH)!

Thankfully...several tattoo guru's, picked up on my ambition and looked past my red hair, freckles and high heels! Shortly after...Syck Skin was born... Big huge thanks to all my family, friends and customers, who have faithfully stood by and supported my shop!"
